This Medical Report ( Certificate ) is useful to mantain/update the CAA ( Cabin Crew Attestation ) or to require a new Cabin Crew Attestation.

It's possible to require a Cabin crew periodic medical assessment up to 45 days prior to the expiry date of the previou Medical Report. Indeed in this case it will be valid for 60 months from that expiry date.
